Our Story
Columbia Primary Care Clinic is collaboration between medical practitioners with diverse backgrounds, who have in common a passion for providing high quality, accessible, sustainable community health-care in the Trail area. We are excited to have access to physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and social work services for our patients.
Dr. Jesse Thompson's Departure
Dr. Jesse Thompson will be closing their practice onOctober 31, 2024. All patient records will be securely stored and transferred to MedRecords. It is strongly advised that patients either transfer their records to their new healthcare provider or retain a personal copy.
